LACINIA BRIDAL respects your privacy and maintains a strict policy with respect to confidentiality of information.

A non-refundable deposit is requested at the moment of booking. The amount is determined according to the size of the event and services involved written in the proposal & prepared on contract.

The final balance amount must be paid at least 50 days prior to the scheduled date of the event.

If you wish to cancel a confirmed booking this must be done in writing by the person in whose name the booking is invoiced.

Should you cancel your wedding or event, cancellation charges will be specified and disclosed by date and amount in the contract when hiring our services.

Cancellation takes effect from the date we receive your written communication via email.

Lacinia Bridal is not responsible for events or situations beyond our direct control such as

• bad weather

• heavy traffic

• accident

• labor disputes

• strikes

• civil disorder

• travel restrictions

• fear of the unknown

• or failure of "third party service providers" to perform to client's satisfaction as scheduled on the event.
